By accessing and using Rivix Servers ("we", "us", or "our") services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Rivix Servers provides game server hosting services for Rust, Project Zomboid, and Valheim. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All content and activities on your server
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respecting the rights of other users and third parties

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use our services for illegal activities or to violate any laws
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Resell our services without explicit written permission
  • Use our services to harass, threaten, or harm others

5. Billing and Payments

Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is due on the billing date. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy, available upon request.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our control.

7. Data and Backups

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your server data. While we may offer backup services, we are not responsible for data loss. We recommend maintaining your own backups.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other reasons at our discretion. You may cancel your service at any time through your billing panel.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivix Servers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
